⚖️ We're Hiring: Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Location: Downtown Orlando, FL (in office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
🏛️ About the Role
Join a busy and respected civil litigation law practice in the heart of downtown Orlando. We’re seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with at least 5 years of Florida civil litigation experience to support our legal team in managing a high-volume caseload and delivering exceptional client service.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and respond to discovery
- Perform legal and factual research
- Manage calendaring and coordinate depositions, hearings, and subpoena delivery
- Organize and analyze case information and records
- Prepare written reports, correspondence, and trial materials
- Maintain and track case files, databases, and billing records
- Assist attorneys in courtroom preparation and proceedings
- Interview witnesses and support trial logistics
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Florida personal injury litigation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and E-filing
- Experience with Centerbase is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
