  • You work well in multi-disciplinary environments where everyone has a seat at the table and equal responsibility for customer outcomes.
  • You are energized by working within real-world constraints, including compliance requirements, and find creative ways to meet them without adding friction for customers.
  • You have designed for customers across multiple markets and understand how locale, language, and regulation shape what the right experience looks like in each one.
  • You think about the customer lifecycle end to end, and your designs include customer touchpoints like email and notifications that connect back to in-app flows.

Key job responsibilities

  • Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
  • Work iteratively and collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team (product owners, developers, researchers), using lean and agile methodologies to explore, test, and implement designs.
  • Quickly, yet thoroughly create sketches, flows, high fidelity mockups and prototypes as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
  • Present and defend design recommendations to peers, partners and stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.
  • Measure the success and effectiveness of UX innovations.

About the team

You'll join a fun, growing team of UX practitioners who help each other develop and thrive. You will have a mentor and a manager that cares about you, your career, and your skills development and be expected to do the same for your team. You will have autonomy and ownership while contributing to the supportive culture on the team.
