RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a talented, experienced User Experience Designer for a 6-month project. The UX Designer will oversee and produce creative email and In-app experiences, working with digital marketing in CAN, US, and Mexico. The ideal candidate needs to be a senior who is comfortable giving direction and creating marketing assets manually. The User Experience Designer will also review assets made with AI, suggesting improvements and providing a QA perspective to produce high level output.

RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a talented, experienced User Experience Designer for a 6-month project.

The UX Designer will oversee and produce creative email and In-app experiences, working with digital marketing in CAN, US, and Mexico. The ideal candidate needs to be a senior who is comfortable giving direction and creating marketing assets manually. The User Experience Designer will also review assets made with AI, suggesting improvements and providing a QA perspective to produce high level output.

As a User Experience Designer, You Will

Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define business and feature requirements via empirical online data, usability findings, market research, and proven UCD principles.

Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in usability testing and interpreting analytics data using Omniture SiteCatalyst.

Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and company executives for review and feedback.

Contribute to user interface design and development of best practices and standards.

Provide leadership in the area of ecommerce trends, web application design, and user interface innovations.

In This Role, You Bring

8+ years of experience in digital media design with a focus on email and CXE.

A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience supporting product launches.
  • Experience marketing hardware and software products.
  • Strong foundation of both UX and Visual Design.
  • Fluent in AI tools and Figma.
  • Marketing campaign expertise from concept through delivery and execution.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-management of time, project management, and prioritization.

  • Compensation
  • Pay Range: $65.00 - $76.75 (Hourly)

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
