PRODUCT MANAGER

Revenue Cycle Management and Personal Care

The Opportunity

  • Getting paid accurately and on time is what keeps a home care agency's doors
  • open. Behind every clean claim is a chain of work - eligibility checked,
  • authorization tracked, a visit verified, a code applied correctly, a denial
  • worked before it ages out - and our software either makes that chain hold or
  • makes it someone's long afternoon.
  • We're looking for a Product Manager to own that work across our revenue cycle
  • and personal care capabilities. On the revenue cycle side, you'll shape how
  • agencies handle billing, claims, payer requirements, denials, and collections
  • across Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care. On the personal care side, you'll
  • work on the operational core - caregiver scheduling, visit verification,
  • authorizations, and the state and payer program rules that govern it all.
  • You'll take capabilities from a rough problem statement through discovery,
  • delivery, launch, and the iteration that follows, working alongside Engineering,
  • Architecture, Revenue Cycle Operations, Clinical, Analytics, User Experience,
  • and the business leaders who know our clients best. Automation and Al run
  • through this work - in claims scrubbing, eligibility, coding support, denial
  • prediction, and document handling - and you'll help decide where they genuinely
  • earn their place.
  • This role suits someone who finds the details interesting rather than tedious:
  • you want to understand why a payer rejects a claim, how an authorization
  • actually gets consumed, and what a scheduler is really doing at 6 a.m. when
  • three caregivers call out.

Hybrid: This hybrid role is based in Dallas.

What You’ll Do

  • OWN THE PRODUCT, END TO END
  • Carry revenue cycle and personal care capabilities through the full lifecycle
  • discovery, definition, delivery, launch, measurement, and what comes next.
  • Get close to the problem. Sit with billers, collectors, schedulers, and
  • agency operators; study their workflows; find where money and time leak out
  • of the process.
  • Turn what you learn into clear product concepts, requirements,

specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

  • Shape the roadmap for your product areas in partnership with product

leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Translate strategy into delivery plans that hold user value, technical
  • feasibility, payer and regulatory reality, and business impact in the same
  • frame.
  • Let evidence drive priorities - clean claim rates, days in AR, denial and
  • rejection trends, schedule fill rates, user research, and honest stakeholder
  • feedback.
  • Stay hands-on through analysis, design, testing, integration, launch

readiness, and post-launch measurement.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, DevOps, Analytics,

and User Experience to define, build, and improve your capabilities.

  • Work directly with Revenue Cycle Operations and Client Success to understand

where agencies are struggling and what would actually move their numbers.

  • Run the cross-functional conversations that matter: framing the problem,
  • aligning on requirements, setting priorities, making the tradeoff calls, and
  • confirming we're ready to ship.
  • Make technical and reimbursement concepts land with non-technical audiences -

clearly, without jargon or handwaving.

  • Surface dependencies, risks, and open decisions early, and pull in the right

people when a decision is bigger than your team.

  • Keep everyone oriented with product documentation, decision records, and

delivery expectations people can actually rely on.

LEAD ACROSS TEAMS

  • BRING DOMAIN AND COMPLIANCE JUDGMENT
  • Apply what you know about post-acute reimbursement, payer requirements,
  • claims workflows, and personal care operations to the decisions in front of
  • you.
  • Keep pace with what changes underneath this product: CMS rules and rate
  • updates, state Medicaid program requirements, EW mandates, managed care
  • contract behavior, and payer policy shifts - and get ahead of them in the
  • roadmap.
  • Work with technical partners to weigh complex technical and business
  • tradeoffs, including where automation and Alenabled capabilities add real
  • value and where they add risk.
  • Build capabilities that hold up to healthcare regulatory, compliance,
  • privacy, billing integrity, and data security expectations - by design, not
  • as an afterthought.
  • Watch performance, adoption, quality, and usability after launch, and push

for the improvements the data supports.

What You’ll Bring

  • Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in product management, ideally in healthcare revenue cycle,
  • post-acute care software, payer/claims systems, or other complex technical
  • products.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle - billing, claims submission,
  • eligibility and authorization, denials and appeals, collections, and AR
  • management.
  • Familiarity with post-acute care, home health, hospice, or personal care

operations and the reimbursement models behind them.

  • Experience carrying product capabilities through the full lifecycle, from

discovery and requirements to delivery, launch, and iteration.

  • Command of the fundamentals: customer discovery, user research, requirements

and functional specifications, and roadmap management.

  • The ability to run independently while staying tightly connected to

cross-functional partners.

  • A track record on complex product initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, especially explaining technical and

reimbursement concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • A habit of grounding decisions in data, user insight, operational feedback,

and stakeholder input.

  • Comfort in agile product development, and in navigating complex technical,

regulatory, and organizational systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related product management experience.
  • Direct experience with home health, hospice, or personal care revenue cycle -
  • including Medicare PDGM, Medicaid and waiver programs, managed care, and
  • multi-payer billing.
  • Familiarity with claims and remittance transaction standards (837 /835),

clearinghouse integration, eligibility verification, and payer connectivity.

  • Experience with personal care operations: caregiver scheduling and matching,
  • Electronic Visit Verification, authorization tracking, and state program
  • compliance.
  • Experience with Al-enabled or automated capabilities such as claims

scrubbing, coding support, denial prediction, or document extraction.

  • Experience leading cross-functional product work on complex technical or

business initiatives.

  • Direct partnership with clients, billers, agency operators, or other

operational stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Additional Information

  • Sponsorship: This position does not provide immigration sponsorship. Applicants
  • must have the right to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.
