Description
The ideal candidate is a product leader who loves building products that are innovative, intuitive, and performant. In this role, you will focus on the end-to-end provisioning experience, develop new identification and verification features, and help combat fraud. You will partner directly with Engineering, Human Interface, Trust and Safety, Business Development, and other teams across Apple. You will also work closely with external partners such as payment networks, issuers, merchants, and other ecosystem players to deliver results. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is passionate about great customer experiences and wants to invent the future of authentication and fraud prevention.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience building and launching consumer products with designers, engineers, and data scientists. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, design, marketing, and legal. Strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage with engineering teams and understand system-level trade-offs. Fluency with payment ecosystem roles, mechanics, and strategies (networks, issuers, PSPs, e-commerce platforms, and merchants). Fluency in leveraging AI tools for product management workflows. Proven ability to synthesize complex topics, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of moving key provisioning metrics, including conversion, consumer and merchant adoption, fraud rates, and payment volume. Working knowledge of how AI impacts fraud management, identity, and commerce. Familiarity with the regulatory environment shaping authentication and provisioning (e.g., 3-D Secure, SCA, evolving identity standards). Track record of operational excellence — defining processes, managing program execution, and delivering results with consistency and rigor. Experience working across multiple product areas within a platform or ecosystem. An MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
