What you'll do:
As a Senior Product Manager, Technical (Adoption and Change Management), you will make sure the forecasting, planning, analytics and sales products we build are used and trusted across QXO. Our applied scientists and engineers build strong forecasts and modern tools. You will own the operating contract around them, which sets who produces each number, who signs off, who receives it and when, and how teams change the way they work.
You will work with applied science, FP&A, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand planning, sales enablement and training teams. You will write the standard operating procedures, run change programs, and measure success by adoption and value delivered, not by launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Forecast Release Process: Define and run the standard operating procedure for each forecast release, including producers, sign-off, audiences, a release calendar and one accuracy definition per level.
- Bring Models into Daily Planning: Partner with applied science and demand planning to move new models into S&OP workflows, with governed overrides, reason codes and usage tracking.
- Set Up Event Response Processes: Define how weather and other event-driven insights are produced, reviewed and shared, including a fast path for major events.
- Lead Tool Transitions: Run change management for finance and planning users moving to supported tools, from readiness and training to cutover and support.
- Drive Sales Technology Adoption: Partner with sales enablement on CRM rollouts and AI agent adoption, with an adoption scorecard for each.
- Align Stakeholders: Run working groups and leadership reviews, and turn disagreements into documented decisions and agreed ways of working.
- Close the Loop with Product: Turn user feedback and process gaps into requirements and priorities for product and engineering teams.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Track adoption metrics such as releases on calendar with sign-off, active use, override rates and SOP coverage, and report progress to leadership.
What you'll bring:

- Proven track record of leading organizational change for data or software products across multiple business teams.
