A major responsibility will be establishing cross-portfolio architectural leadership, identifying future and current AI driven requirements, integration patterns, and technical capabilities that can be leveraged across ThinkAgile solutions.

The role will also provide architectural leadership for orchestration and automation, helping define how Lenovo management capabilities, and ISV software platforms come together to simplify deployment, lifecycle management, and ongoing infrastructure operations.

The successful candidate will combine deep enterprise infrastructure expertise with the ability to influence technology partners, connect strategy across multiple product lines, and translate complex software and infrastructure requirements into coherent solution architectures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience translating workload, customer, and software requirements into infrastructure architectures and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple products, technologies, and engineering organizations.
  • Ability to evaluate complex technical tradeoffs and turn them into clear architectural recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Architecture experience with integrated infrastructure or HCI platforms such as VxRail, HPE SimpliVity, Nutanix-based appliances, or comparable solutions.
  • Deep experience with Private Cloud architecture and cloud operating models.
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure, including accelerated compute, GPU-based infrastructure, and infrastructure considerations for enterprise AI workloads.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container infrastructure.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Understanding of data sovereignty, security, compliance, and regulated infrastructure environments.
  • Experience working directly with major ISV engineering or product organizations.
  • Experience influencing technology or architecture roadmaps across organizational boundaries.
