About Us

Concord isn't your typical consulting firm; we're an execution company. We help organizations move technology and AI initiatives from concept to measurable capability, working alongside our clients from the initial definition of success through full implementation and adoption.

Our team brings expertise across AI, data, digital experience, and platform engineering, enabling the organizations we serve to build lasting internal capability. We operate as a global team, with a presence across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and India, giving our clients access to specialized talent and continuous coverage across time zones.

About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Applications Product Manager to own the customer-facing applications in an environmental services client's commercial technology area, which also includes Salesforce. You'll be responsible for external customer portals and customer-interaction tools: the applications customers use directly to do business with the company. This senior role works directly with customers as well as internal commercial teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for customer-facing commercial applications, with a focus on external customer portals and self-service tools
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate priorities and new capabilities
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and partner with technical teams through delivery
  • Coordinate with the broader commercial applications team, including Salesforce, so customer-facing tools and internal systems work together
  • Track and report status on initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and flagging risks early
  • Drive adoption of customer-facing tools and measure how well they serve customers

Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of product management or product ownership experience at a senior level
  • Proven experience owning or managing customer-facing applications, particularly external customer portals
  • Background in customer portals, e-commerce, or customer self-service applications
  • Comfortable working directly with external customers, not only internal stakeholders
  • Experience translating customer feedback into product requirements and delivered features
  • Ability to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA, at least 3 days per week
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other commercial/CRM platforms is a plus

What We Offer (W-2 Employment)

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to support your overall well-being.
  • Employer Contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA): For employees enrolled in High Deductible Health Plans, Concord contributes toward your HSA.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Options for healthcare and dependent care expenses, plus a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) for wellness and personal development.
  • Disability Insurance: Short-term (up to 12 weeks) and long-term coverage, fully paid by the employer.
  • Life and AD&D Insurance: Employer-provided coverage with options for additional voluntary coverage.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for legal, financial, and personal challenges.
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings: 1% employer match.
  • Career Growth Opportunities: Pathways for advancement and skill development.
  • Team Engagement Activities: Regular team-building events and company-sponsored activities to foster collaboration and connection.
