The Resident Concierge Senior Product Manager will make the moving experience easier for millions of residents by owning the end-to-end customer experience, helping them set up internet, utilities, and home services. This is one of our newest and fastest-growing product areas; you’ll focus on making it more delightful for residents and efficient for the teams who run it, while accelerating its growth.

Your impact

• Create and deliver the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the end-to-end resident concierge customer journey
• Execute cross-functional initiatives that drive significant growth and are highly visible across the organization
• Inspire and motivate a team of engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes, removing obstacles along the way
• Make trade-off decisions informed by customer insights and experimentation
• Lead through influence and collaborate with other operations and business leaders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building a best-in-class product
• Strong product sense: you have great intuition and know when to trust your gut versus when to get more data
• High agency: you consistently overcome obstacles, bounce back from setbacks, and take initiative to get things done
• Stellar communication: you are an exceptional storyteller and can distill complex ideas into a simple narrative
• Ruthless prioritization: you create focus and clarity for the team on long-term initiatives tied to customer and business outcomes
• Analytical rigor: you are comfortable compiling and using both qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $138,400k - $173,000 base pay. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
