The Opportunity

Intralox is seeking a Project Manager to join our Logistics & Material Handling (LMH) Equipment Proposal and Project Management Team.

This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, manufacturing, and business operations. You will develop technical proposals, lead equipment projects from concept through delivery, and help customers solve complex material handling challenges.

This is a role for people who enjoy solving difficult customer problems, coordinating across multiple disciplines, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. The work is demanding and fast paced, but it offers exceptional opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Whether you are an experienced project manager or an early-career professional with exceptional potential, this role provides meaningful responsibility, broad business exposure, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop technical proposals that align customer needs with Intralox solutions.
  • Lead equipment projects from order through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Service.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, priorities, risks, and customer expectations.
  • Translate technical discussions into clear plans and actionable next steps.
  • Resolve issues, drive decisions, and maintain project momentum.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and project execution.

What Makes Someone Successful Here

The people who thrive on our team:

  • Take ownership and follow through on commitments.
  • Stay organized while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Work effectively with incomplete information and changing requirements.
  • Make sound decisions and take accountability for outcomes, even when all information is not available.
  • Learn quickly and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals without direct authority.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships and contribute to team success.
  • Focus on delivering value for customers.

You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable following technical discussions, learning new concepts, and partnering with technical experts to solve customer problems.

Is This Role Right for You?

This role may be a strong fit if you:

  • Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Prefer challenging problems over routine tasks.
  • Are naturally curious and motivated to learn.
  • Take pride in being dependable, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Want significant responsibility and impact early in your career.

If you prefer highly structured work, predictable priorities, and clearly defined answers, this role may not be the best fit.

Why Apply?

We hire for capability and potential, not simply years of experience.

If you have a track record of ownership, strong execution, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to solve meaningful customer challenges, we encourage you to apply. The skills needed to succeed can be developed. The drive to learn, contribute, and continually improve is what matters most.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% (travel requirements will vary based on project need).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, or engineering environments.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience with ERP, PDM/PLM, Smartsheet, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar business systems.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, paid time off, 401K, flexible spending account, life and AD&D insurance, long term care, tuition reimbursement, and additional voluntary benefits.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Therefore, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of their salary expectations.

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.

Salary Range: $62,700 to $167,700
