- Manage project resources in partnership with functional leaders, identifying needs and developing contingency plans for critical resources.
- Oversee the financial performance of assigned projects and work toward established financial targets.
- Anticipate project risks and complex issues, developing contingency and recovery strategies and driving solutions through implementation.
- Build strong relationships with client project teams, acting as a key point of contact and supporting client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Promote effective teamwork across a matrix environment, resolving conflicts and maintaining clear communication with project and functional leadership.
- Ensure project team members are appropriately trained and work in accordance with study protocols, applicable SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local regulations.
- Drive improvements that enhance the efficiency and quality of work across assigned projects.
