- Experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of financial management of U.S. Government contracts (DoD, IC, or other federal agencies).
- Experience managing programs within the commercial technology or semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with large, cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment, including the ability to influence, align, and drive execution across teams that do not report directly to you.
- Experience managing multiple programs concurrently, with the ability to prioritize and shift focus across efforts of varying size and complexity.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS), contract types (FFP, CPFF, OTA, etc.), and compliance requirements.
- Ability and willingness to obtain Active U.S. Government security clearance required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively from the working level up to executive leadership and government customers.
- Experience with non-traditional defense contracting vehicles such as Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs), CRADAs, or TIA programs.
