Lakes Region, NH | Direct Hire | $125,000–$150,000 Annually
Skilled Trades Partners is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager / Superintendent for a direct-hire opportunity with an established and growing custom home builder in New Hampshire's Lakes Region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys managing high-end residential projects, coordinating trades, and keeping jobs moving efficiently. Our client has a strong pipeline of luxury custom homes currently under construction, with additional projects continually coming in.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of daily jobsite operations while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations on high-end custom residential construction projects
- Coordinate and direct tradespeople, subcontractors, and onsite crews
- Organize daily tasks and ensure crews have clear priorities
- Work closely with the office to schedule subcontractors, materials, and upcoming work
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and workmanship to keep projects moving efficiently
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues to minimize delays and maximize productivity
- Maintain communication between field teams, subcontractors, and office personnel
- Utilize a company-provided iPad for project coordination and jobsite management
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role
- Strong background in custom home building or high-end residential construction
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
- Solid understanding of residential construction processes, scheduling, and jobsite operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using technology for project tracking and communication
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as project demands require
- Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and OSHA certifications are a plus
Compensation & Opportunity
- $125,000–$150,000 annual salary, depending on experience
