About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from kickoff through delivery. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to define scope, build realistic plans, manage risk, and keep work moving. This role suits someone who is comfortable owning outcomes with minimal oversight and who can bring structure to ambiguity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple projects or large-scale initiatives through the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with stakeholders and leadership
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and drive mitigation and escalation as needed
• Facilitate meetings, including kickoffs, standups, steering committees, and retrospectives, and keep decisions and action items documented
• Communicate clearly with executives, project teams, and external partners or vendors
• Drive change management and adoption so project outcomes stick
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, and best practices

What You’ll Bring to Zotec

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects on time
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor your message to executives and technical teams alike
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education and job-related experience
