Company Overview

Tsunami Tsolutions is a leading provider of technology solutions tailored for the aerospace and defense sector and other highly regulated industries. We deliver enterprise solutions that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and decision-making for airlines, MROs, aerospace manufacturers, and other asset-intensive organizations.

NOTE: This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to U.S. national security-based export control requirements. All applicants must be U.S. Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. NO Company Sponsorship offered.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to independently lead customer implementations and transformation initiatives across our enterprise-systems portfolio. This role is accountable for successful project delivery from planning through deployment and stabilization, including scope, integrated project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, contractual commitments, and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive project leader who takes ownership of delivery outcomes, builds strong customer and internal relationships, and anticipates and resolves challenges before they impact project success. This position requires a practical understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, including requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and organizational readiness. The successful candidate must be able to coordinate complex cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate confidently with working teams, customers, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementation, upgrade, optimization, and related business-transformation projects.
  • Develop and actively manage an integrated master schedule, critical path, dependencies, milestones, and RAID log, identifying downstream impacts and driving recovery actions.
  • Lead cross-functional project execution by establishing priorities, clarifying ownership, and driving accountability across internal, customer, and third-party teams.
  • Build and maintain direct customer relationships, facilitate decisions, address difficult conversations, and ensure project stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Coordinate requirements, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities.
  • Proactively identify risks, challenge assumptions, investigate delivery issues, and independently develop and execute resolution plans.
  • Provide clear executive-level status reporting and escalate material risks, issues, or commercial concerns promptly.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to PMO, quality, security, and customer requirements.
  • Partner with Account Management on estimates, scope changes, contractual commitments, and opportunities for continued customer engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Five or more years of project management experience, including responsibility for customer-facing technology or enterprise-system projects.
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle or comparably complex enterprise application deployment, including coordination of functional and technical workstreams, dependencies, customer decisions, and deployment readiness.
  • Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, risk, resource, change, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and managing critical-path activities, project dependencies, and schedule recovery
  • Experience managing project budgets, resource forecasts, and financial performance
  • Ability to lead distributed cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and dependencies.
  • Strong customer-management, facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer or company locations as project needs require.
  • Ability to pass required background investigation and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or comparable certification.
  • Experience with cloud ERP platforms and implementation methodologies.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation MRO, energy, utilities, or asset-intensive manufacturing.
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and organizational change management.

Work Environment

This position may be performed remotely within the United States or in a hybrid arrangement from Glastonbury, Connecticut. Travel to customer and company sites is required based on project needs.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $105,000–$140,000 annually, with individual offers based on each candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. Consistent with our merit-based pay practices, we may consider higher compensation for candidates who can contribute beyond the role’s stated scope and take on broader responsibilities.

Benefits

Tsunami Tsolutions offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays; and life and disability insurance. Additional options include an HSA-compatible medical plan with fully company-paid premiums, vision coverage at no additional cost when enrolled in a medical plan, and voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, supplemental life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan terms.
