  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and concise project updates regarding schedules, milestones, accomplishments, risks, and upcoming activities.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, dashboards, action logs, and status reports.
  • Process Improvement: Support consistent project-management practices and identify opportunities to improve engineering project planning and execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in project management, engineering project coordination, or a related role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing, or product-development environment.
  • Experience supporting or managing cross-functional projects involving engineering and other business functions.
  • Strong organizational and project-planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on project deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical project issues and translate their impact into schedules, actions, risks, and priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
