About the Role

Long Home is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee roofing and siding installation projects from start to finish. This individual will work closely with subcontractors, homeowners, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to Long Home’s quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on roofing and siding experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing and siding installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and installation crews throughout the project.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure installers follow OSHA safety requirements, company policies, uniform guidelines, and branding standards.
• Communicate with homeowners regularly to provide project updates and address questions or concerns.
• Monitor project progress daily and resolve installation, scheduling, and service-related issues.
• Ensure roofing and siding installations meet company quality standards and applicable building codes.
• Maintain accurate project updates, documentation, and customer information in Salesforce.
• Ensure final payments and required completion documents are collected.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and additional purchase orders.
• Resolve product, installation, and warranty concerns by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
• Provide feedback and guidance to subcontractors and installation teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of roofing, siding, or residential construction experience required.
• Project management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of roofing and siding materials, installation processes, and construction practices.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting requirements, and OSHA safety standards.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read project specifications and take accurate measurements.
• Comfortable learning and using software programs, including Salesforce.

Education & Experience

• One-year college or technical school certificate, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Previous roofing, siding, or residential construction experience required.
