Description As a HVAC Project Manager you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients’ needs and commitments. Project Managers are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention. Project Managers are responsible for subcontract management and negotiations, Vendor PO’s and tracking equipment, scheduling, change order management and pricing, trade-subcontractors proposal qualification, close out document preparation, punch list review and assisting with day-to-day correspondence, job meetings and requests set by the project owner. The manager will also adhere to all company safety standards, as well as following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes.

Description
As a HVAC Project Manager you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients’ needs and commitments. Project Managers are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention.
Project Managers are responsible for subcontract management and negotiations, Vendor PO’s and tracking equipment, scheduling, change order management and pricing, trade-subcontractors proposal qualification, close out document preparation, punch list review and assisting with day-to-day correspondence, job meetings and requests set by the project owner. The manager will also adhere to all company safety standards, as well as following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of (5) years prior HVAC project management
- Detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong financial and business acumen and a history of running projects on time and on budget
- Professional image
- Excellent logistics, communication and management skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
