About the Role

MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join an ICU/LTAC team in the heart of Dallas, TX on a 13-week local contract. NIGHT SHIFT. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an ICU/LTAC setting, managing complex and critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers
• Operate and troubleshoot critical care equipment including ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and drip management
• Document accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans, procedures, and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent ICU or LTAC nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with critical care monitoring, ventilator management, and vasoactive drips
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in high-acuity environments
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility protocols and workflows
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced setting
