Tel Hai's Meadows Health Care Center is hiring!
- RN Full Time Night 11pm-7:30am, 64 hours/2 weeks (8 shift/2 weeks) Up to $40.25/hour

RN- Registered Nurse responsibilities will include
- Performs nursing skills and documents within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans; documents care delivery, observations, medications/treatments promptly and accurately.
- Supervises and assists nursing assistants to follow their respective job descriptions. Confer with the Nurse Manager/Supervisor as indicated.
- Responds rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff. This includes independent living resident calls, evacuations, falls, fire alarms and drills, or any other emergency situation.
Requirements
RN - Registered Nurse Qualifications
- PA RN License is required however new Grads are welcome to apply.
- Prior long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
