The National Account Manager (NAM), Sodexo, is responsible for the management and growth of Red Bull's partnership with Sodexo and Entegra at a National scale. Reporting to the Director of Foodservice, this role leads the development and execution of strategic business plans designed to drive mutual growth, expand distribution, and strengthen Red Bull's presence across Sodexo's operating segments. The NAM serves as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders within procurement and segment leadership, building strong relationships and influencing business decisions across the organization. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, leading national initiatives, executing customer-specific programming, and driving both vertical and horizontal distribution expansion. The NAM will work cross-functionally with internal partners, including Field Sales, On Premise Key Account, On Premise Distribution, and On Premise Marketing teams, to align resources, accelerate execution, and achieve shared business objectives.

Job Description
NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Builds and strengthens strategic relationships across Sodexo and Entegra stakeholders to accelerate growth and advance shared business objectives
Supports joint business planning and execution to drive volume, distribution, visibility, and market share growth
Influences customer decision-making through data-driven insights, business reviews, and strategic recommendations
Identifies and execute high-impact opportunities that enhance Red Bull's share position and performance within Sodexo
Drives accountability and alignment through ongoing business reviews, performance evaluation, and action planning
Represents Red Bull in key customer and industry forums & events to strengthen relationships and unlock new growth opportunities
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP
Collaborates with Distribution, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Analytics and Category teams for total On Premise support of Sodexo
Communicates with key stakeholders within the Regions to drive execution and to provide and receive account and program feedback
Conducts regular reviews with Region leadership and NCRAMs to view program results and plans
CATEGORY LEADERSHIP
Leads efforts to establish key category priorities directly with sectors and positions Red Bull as a top-tier partner
- Helps develop category insights and support channel execution
- Identifies and shares best practices to win new customers and stand out from competitors
BUSINESS REVIEWS & REPORTING
- Tracks monthly sales volumes and analyzes internal and external reports to mitigate gaps
- Conducts quarterly sales and financial target reviews, including competitive analysis
- Evaluates post-promotion effectiveness to optimize future investments
- Oversees account budgets with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years of FMC account management or marketing strategy preferably with experience leading strategic planning across teams
- Experience in beverage or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industries preferred
- Strong ability to translate category insights into operational success
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources/insights
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and active listening skills
Advanced strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentation, & negotiation skills
Innovative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to drive collaboration across diverse functional groups to achieve goals
Passion to make significant contributions to the Red Bull organization through continuous process & ways of working improvement.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong conceptual thinking and design critiquing skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $124,000 - 186,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
