Job Description

We are looking for a personable, ambitious, energetic, and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role is primarily focused on financial analysis – crunching the numbers – to share with the leadership team, but will also involve some administrative work, such as being the professional, well-spoken face at the door when our customers come to visit, or for helping in other tasks within the company, as they may arise. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance and leadership team by collecting data, running reports, and building basic financial models to identify trends or cost saving opportunities
• Conduct Cost-benefit analysis, pricing studies, or other project evaluations to help managers make data-driven decisions
• Assist senior staff in building and updating financial models for short and long term planning, complex budgeting processes
• Assist in other tasks to support C-Suite leadership and Private Equity relationship
• In charge of overseeing the quality of all company visits, being a professional and presentable first contact. This position will be located at the front desk of the building. May arrange for items and supplies for these visits.
• Cross-functional collaboration to partner with other departments as required
• Help with additional projects and areas as skills and time allow

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field would be preferred, but ambition, attitude and aptitude are more critical, and required.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Prior internships in manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environments are highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SumIfs).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing accounting (COGS, inventory control, fixed costs).
• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Enterprise) is a plus.

Physical requirements: Candidates must be able to sit, stand, walk, lead others though the building and lift up to 30 pounds from time to time.
