About The Job

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Data Analyst to support Treasury
  • reporting, securitization initiatives, and Asset Liability Management (ALM)
  • projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, maintaining
  • critical treasury reporting processes, and partnering with Treasury, Finance,
  • Risk, and IT teams to support strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements.
  • The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and SQL skills with an
  • understanding of financial data, business processes, and data integration to
  • deliver accurate, reliable, and actionable reporting.

What You’ll Do

  1. Treasury Reporting & Analytics
  • Execute and maintain monthly Treasury reporting processes, ensuring timely

and accurate delivery of reports and analysis.

  • Validate reporting results through data reconciliation, trend analysis, and

reasonableness checks.

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with business

stakeholders and technology teams.

  • Prepare and distribute reporting outputs and provide supporting analysis to

Treasury leadership and business partners.

  1. Securitization Implementation & Ongoing Support
  • Support securitization projects through data mapping, testing, validation,

and reconciliation activities.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure data

requirements are met.

  • Develop and maintain reporting, controls, and validation processes supporting

securitization activities.

  • Perform ongoing monitoring and maintenance of securitization reporting

processes after implementation.

  1. ALM & FTP Data Management
  • Support ALM (Asset Liability Management) and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing)

initiatives by defining data requirements and mapping source system data.

  • Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and IT teams to design and validate

business logic used in ALM and FTP models.

  • Analyze asset and liability data attributes to support model setup,

assumptions, and reporting requirements.

  • Assist with model validation, reconciliation, and ongoing data quality

monitoring.

  1. Data Integration & Process Improvement
  • Work with IT and business teams to define data requirements and support ETL

development and testing.

  • Perform data validation and user acceptance testing for system enhancements

and new data integrations.

  • Develop SQL queries and data validation procedures to ensure data

completeness and accuracy.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve

operational efficiency.

Qualifications You’ll Need

  • Must Have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, treasury, finance, banking, or a

related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics,

Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.

  • Strong SQL skills, including data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate

and resolve data issues independently.

  • Experience working with large datasets and translating business requirements

into data solutions.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings to

both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Great to Have

  • Experience supporting Treasury, ALM, FTP, liquidity management, or

securitization functions.

  • Knowledge of financial products such as loans, leases, deposits, funding

instruments, or derivatives.

  • Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and system implementation

projects.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization

tools.

  • Familiarity with SQL performance tuning, stored procedures, and database

design concepts.

  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dataverse,

Snowflake, or similar platforms.
