Summary Reporting to the BI Manager, the BI Support Analyst serves as the first line of support for BI tickets, emails, and incidents across the Wholesale and Inhouse divisions. This role is responsible for designing, building, and supporting Power BI reports, triaging stakeholder issues, and owning day to day BI support activities while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate support processes. Essential Job Functions Serve as first line support for BI tickets, emails, and incidents. Reply to tickets within 24 hours to maintain open communication. Design, build, and support Power BI reports for the Wholesale and Inhouse divisions. Own initial contacts on the BI feedback process and convert IT tickets into feedback requests when raised by the Wholesale division, with senior support as needed. Accountable for front line BI support and triage, including calling stakeholders to understand issues and guide them through basic troubleshooting. Pick up minor changes, enhancements, and bug fixes coming in through the BI Support board as part of business as usual work. Adhere to core SLAs around managing incoming tickets. Communicate BI support performance to senior team members and speak to outstanding issues in stand-ups. Identify automations and optimizations to streamline BI support activities. Work with other IT teams to find answers or redirect support requests where appropriate, both within BI and Analytics teams and across the wider IT function. Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by the BI Manager when BI support workload is low. Qualifications: Education/Experience 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role. Experience with Power BI and SQL. IT literate, preferably with the Microsoft Office package. JIRA and AWS Redshift experience is a plus. Competencies Good conversational and stakeholder facing communication skills. Genuine interest in data and the impact it has on a business. Positive attitude and self-starter mindset, with strong accountability and a good sense of what professional support looks like. Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
