As data analyst, you love diving into data and turning it into meaningful insights. With the abundance of structured and unstructured data, you understand the importance of transforming complex data sets into useful information to solve challenges. As a Data Analyst at Booz Allen, you can use your skills and experience to support a mission and use data for good.

As a client-facing Data Analyst on our team, you’ll work with data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. Not only will you provide a deep understanding of their data, but you’ll also provide recommendations on what the information means and how it can be used to make an impact on strategic engagements, process improvement, visualization, and analysis.

You Have

• Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models
• Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, and predictive modeling
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform Tools such as Power Automate
• Experience with Python, including Pandas, NumPy, API integration, SQL, ETL, and ELT
• Ability to brief senior leaders
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps over time
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have

• Experience building internal analytics platforms and data products
• Experience translating leadership priorities and assessment requirements into analytic products
• Experience with Databricks or PySpark
• Knowledge of application architecture design
• Knowledge of machine learning, including classification, clustering, and evaluation metrics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
