Team members are expected to think critically, take initiative, and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions while collaborating with teams across financial management and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing financial data modeling processes and performing ad hoc/exploratory data analysis to support data-driven decision making related to financial performance and budget execution.
  • Developing dashboards and reports that present data-based insights, trends, and metrics to executives in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensuring financial data governance, financial data integrity, and quality assurance standards are met to support reliable reporting and federal compliance requirements.
  • Organizing and leading client meetings, including scheduling meetings; drafting and delivering agendas and meeting minutes; providing and archiving required documentation; and documenting, tracking, and following up on action items
  • Support the technical upskilling of Federal staff and enable staff to independently operate solutions by developing and presenting training materials, desk guides, etc.
  • Delivery of client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development

What You Will Need

  • Developing, refining, and presenting training materials to support end user adoption
  • Understanding of data quality, data governance, and data management principles within the federal compliance landscape
  • Integrating, cleaning, and validating datasets from multiple sources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite

What Would Be Nice To Have
