About HowGood & Regen House
HowGood is a sustainability intelligence company helping the food industry measure and reduce its environmental and social impact.
Regen House, powered by HowGood, is a global home for strategic action on regenerative food systems. At Climate Week NYC, London Climate Action Week, UN Climate COPs, the World Economic Forum, and more, we convene senior leaders from food, finance, and government with farmers and Indigenous communities in sessions built to drive measurable outcomes.
The role
This role is largely focused on supporting the execution of our Regen House events, but will also have the opportunity to work with our CEO and other leadership to support their admin. This is a chance to see up close how a fast-growing climate company builds partnerships, and to play a real part in it.
It's a great fit for someone who loves details, moves easily between priorities, and is passionate about climate and food systems.

- Partnership comms: Help manage outreach and ongoing communication with partners and sponsors.
- Contract funnel and comms: Track contracts from draft to signature and invoicing, and keep partners informed at each step.
- Own smaller events: Plan and run select smaller events as assigned, from concept through day-of execution and wrap-up.
- Systems development and efficiency: Build and refine the trackers, templates and workflows that keep Regen House running smoothly, and find ways to make each event cycle smoother than the last.
Executive assistant responsibilities
- Calendar management: Own and protect executive calendars, balancing priorities and flagging conflicts early.
- Meeting scheduling: Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones
- Travel booking: Book and manage travel and accommodations, and prepare clear itineraries.
- Conference prep and follow-up: Coordinate outreach before conferences, schedule meetings and plan executives' time onsite. Track follow-ups afterward.
- LinkedIn posting: Draft, schedule and publish LinkedIn posts for select executives in their voice.
