Reporting to the Manager, Employee Engagement & Experience, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to designated Leadership Team members.

What you’ll do

Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, resolve conflicts, protect priority time, and ensure leaders are prepared. • Outlook: Using calendar delegation, shared calendar views, Scheduling Assistant, delegated inboxes, and meeting updates.
  • Word: Creating and formatting polished documents using styles, tables, and tracked changes.
  • PowerPoint: Building and refining executive presentations with consistent layouts, charts, and speaker notes.

  • Experience coordinating travel, itineraries, and expenses, and preparing accurate executive-level presentations, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence.
  • Experience coordinating Board or governance meetings is an asset.
  • Experience supporting offsites, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives.
