Our goal is simple. We make recruiting accessible and affordable, without sacrificing the level of support you would expect from a full in house team. We step in as an extension of your company and provide hands on support throughout the entire hiring process, from shaping the role and writing job descriptions to onboarding planning and building scalable recruiting strategies. We offer two flexible pricing models based on what works best for your business. A 12% retained model and an 18% contingency model. Both are designed to give you options while keeping costs significantly lower than traditional firms. More importantly, we take the time to truly understand your company, your culture, your team, and what success looks like in each role, so every hire feels like the right fit.

WHO WE ARE
L. Rose Recruiting is representing Streamex, a fast-growing fintech company building the infrastructure to bring real-world assets on-chain.
Operating at the intersection of technology, financial markets, and digital assets, Streamex is creating new ways for investors to access and transact in real-world assets.
As the company grows, Streamex is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the executive leadership team. This role combines executive administrative support with coordination across meetings, team priorities, onboarding, and office operations.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced, tech-savvy Executive Assistant who takes pride in keeping executives organized, prepared, and focused. You anticipate needs, connect the dots, and follow through without waiting for detailed direction.
You bring a polished, personable presence and enjoy building relationships with executives, colleagues, external partners, and service providers. You know how to get information from busy people and exercise judgment about when to follow up, when to give someone space, and when to escalate.
Your background ideally includes technology, fintech, finance, financial services, investment management, professional services, or a similarly demanding corporate environment. More important than a specific industry is your ability to provide excellent executive support, learn quickly, and adapt as priorities change.
You are comfortable contributing beyond calendars and expenses. Whether organizing leadership updates, coordinating onboarding, or preparing meeting materials, you bring structure and help keep the business moving.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate shifting priorities.
- Arrange travel as needed and prepare and submit expense reports.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas and coordinate materials for leadership meetings, off-sites, and other important discussions.
- Gather updates from finance, operations, corporate development, and technology teams so leadership has clear, organized information.
- Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items; track owners and deadlines and follow up through completion.
- Coordinate with developers and other team members to obtain timely updates and keep shared priorities organized.
- Prepare and format correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, and basic presentations.
- Organize shared files and documents in platforms such as SharePoint or Dropbox.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding, including scheduling, materials, equipment, and access coordination.
- Coordinate with the company’s external technology partner on administrative and team needs.
- Help organize office activities and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative workplace.
- Handle confidential business and executive information with discretion.
- Support additional administrative needs and special projects as the business grows.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
Stay ahead. Anticipate scheduling needs, prepare materials in advance, and identify gaps before they become problems.
Keep people connected. Build strong working relationships across leadership, internal teams, and external partners to keep information flowing.
Follow through. Turn conversations into clear action items, track commitments, and use good judgment to keep work moving.
Use technology effectively. Work confidently in Microsoft Office and shared document platforms, learn new systems quickly, and use AI tools thoughtfully while checking accuracy and protecting confidential information.
Bring structure. Keep calendars, files, meeting materials, and team updates organized and easy to access.
Communicate with professionalism. Represent executives with confidence, tact, and discretion, adapting your approach to different audiences and personalities.
Contribute to the team. Bring initiative, positive energy, and a willingness to help in a fast-moving, in-person environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Approximately 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a closely related executive support role.
- Experience supporting senior executives; direct C-suite support is strongly preferred.
- Background in technology, fintech, finance, financial services, investment management, professional services, or a similar corporate environment is preferred, but not required.
- Tech savvy, with demonstrated ability to learn new software, systems, and tools quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including calendar management, spreadsheet work, document preparation, and basic presentations.
- Comfort organizing information in shared document platforms such as SharePoint or Dropbox.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and the critical thinking to review outputs for accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a polished, personable approach.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Winter Park, Florida, on a consistent basis.
