**Onsite role- must be willing to commute to Flint, MI daily**

Must haves:

• Must have prior experience working as an HR Generalist assisting in areas including employee relations, investigations/disciplinary, recruiting/onboarding, peformance management, and more.
• Must have experience working in full-cycle recruiting/talent aquisition
• Strong experience in HR policies
• Comfortable with the drive to Flint, MI daily
• Excel experience is required

This is a Permanent position based out of Grand Blanc, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
