Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire an Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team to assist with onboarding of new clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Setup of new clients in payroll, human resources, within isolved platform
- Verify accuracy of all client and employee data entered prior to going live
- Communicate timelines to client and internal sales and operations teams
- Perform new client training
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to answer questions related to use of web-based payroll, human resources, and time and attendance systems
- Work hours are in Pacific Time Zone
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll required
- Knowledge of payroll taxes, both at the Federal and State level
- Knowledge in customer service for mid to large size companies
- Strong phone communication skills
- Experience with web-based customer service tools/systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong math and analytical skills
- isolved payroll platform beneficial
- Payroll service bureau experience beneficial
- Ability to work pacific time zone hours
