Implementation Specialist (approx 3 month assignment)

About the role

We're hiring a temporary Implementation Specialist for approximately 3 months to get new clients live on Foureyes products. You'll own each setup from enrollment through launch, so every account is configured, tested, and ready to go.

You'll sit on the Technical Support team and work closely with Sales, Support, and Product. This is a hands-on role: you'll do the setup work yourself and keep dealers and our internal teams updated along the way.

What you'll do

You'll be the person who gets new clients across the finish line, from the day they enroll to the day they're live.

• Own each setup from start to finish across every Foureyes product, keeping track of each store and each step so nothing stalls along the way
• Configure our technical implementations (integrations, data feeds, tracking, and the rest), then test and validate them so every client launches with a setup we can stand behind
• Give internal stakeholders a daily update on progress, blockers, and timelines so Sales, Support, and Product always know where things stand
• Follow up with dealers consistently to get what's needed from them and wrap up setup on time

What you bring

• 2 to 4 years in implementation, onboarding, technical operations, or another customer-facing technical role
• Comfort with technical systems, data feeds, and integrations (CRM experience is a plus)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to run several implementations at once
• Analytical problem solving and data validation skills
• The ability to follow a structured process, spot where it could be better, and hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• SaaS experience preferred
• Bonus points for automotive technology experience
