Field & Demand Generation Manager — Bevado

Location: New York City · Full-time · In person

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits

Reports to: Head of Growth

Travel: Typically one to two trips per month

Bevado builds AI workers that help retailers and property managers manage customer operations across calls, texts, email, and chat. We’re hiring a Field & Demand Generation Manager to turn events, relationships, and campaigns into a repeatable source of qualified pipeline.

This is an early-career opportunity with meaningful ownership. You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth to run our events program, support demand generation campaigns, and measure what’s driving revenue. You should be equally comfortable hosting a room of prospective customers and digging into a spreadsheet to understand whether an event paid off.

What you’ll own

  • Events from start to finish. Plan and execute conferences, dinners, and hosted events, including audience selection, invitations, vendors, budgets, logistics, and follow-up.
  • A monthly pipeline goal. Work with the Head of Growth to set targets tied to event investment, then own execution against those targets.
  • Performance and spend tracking. Track event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, and revenue. Partner with Growth to understand customer lifetime value relative to acquisition cost (LTV:CAC), and use those insights to decide where to invest.
  • Reliable sales handoffs. Make sure every event lead is captured in the CRM, assigned to an owner, and followed up with promptly. Keep context and next steps clear so no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Customer and prospect experiences. Organize dinners and events that strengthen existing client relationships, create new opportunities, and help move active deals forward.
  • Webinars and outbound campaigns. Help produce and host webinars, manage promotion and follow-up, and execute selected cold email campaigns.
  • Sales gifting. Coordinate thoughtful gifting that helps the sales team build relationships and advance opportunities.
  • AI-powered workflows. Use AI and automation to improve research, outreach, event operations, reporting, and follow-up. Build repeatable processes that let the program scale.

What we’re looking for

  • Approximately 0–2 years of experience. Candidates with backgrounds in marketing, psychology, sales, banking, consulting, or analytics are encouraged to apply. We welcome recent graduates, and relevant internships, projects, and experience organizing events count.
  • Exceptional people skills and emotional intelligence. You build rapport quickly, listen well, and make customers, prospects, and teammates feel taken care of.
  • Strong analytical instincts. You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, interpreting campaign results, and connecting spend to business outcomes.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through. You can manage multiple moving pieces, anticipate problems, and close the loop without repeated reminders.
  • Strong communication. You write clearly, speak confidently, and feel comfortable hosting conversations and representing Bevado at events.
  • Practical proficiency with AI tools. You can translate a business goal into a clear strategy and workflow, use AI to execute more effectively, and evaluate the quality of its output. Experience building automations or connecting tools is a plus.
  • Initiative and curiosity. You take responsibility for results, learn quickly, and bring ideas for making the next campaign better.

Experience with CRM systems, event planning, webinars, or cold email tools is helpful. Prior ownership of a full demand generation program isn’t required.

Travel expectations

This is a high-travel role, typically requiring one to two trips per month to attend events, meet clients and prospects, and host dinners. Travel is a core part of the position, so please make sure you’re comfortable with that commitment before applying.

How you’ll grow

You’ll receive direct coaching from the Head of Growth while building your own operating playbook. As you demonstrate results, you’ll have the opportunity to own a larger events budget, expand into additional demand generation channels, and help build the team around the program.

The long-term path is toward leading Bevado’s events function and growing into a Director of Demand Generation role as the business scales.

Compensation and benefits

  • $70,000–$90,000 annual base salary.
  • Meaningful equity.
  • Competitive benefits.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Company-paid lunch and dinner in the office.
  • Direct mentorship from the Head of Growth.
  • Opportunity to take on greater responsibility and leadership as you grow.
