About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team and help shape Envoy's position in the security workplace and visitor management technology market. You will be a key driver of Go-to-Market (GTM) success, spanning both inbound work — pre-launch strategy, research, and positioning — and outbound work — go-to-market execution and sales-facing motions that drive pipeline. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a high degree of ownership — and the ability to stay effective as priorities shift in a fast-moving environment.

This is an onsite position that requires at least 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

You will

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to drive positioning, messaging, and inform product strategy.
  • Influence and help shape the product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead and support the planning, launch, and cross-functional implementation of campaigns, products, and features.
  • Architect and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for large product launches defining the overarching narrative, launch tiering framework, and cross-functional workbacks.
  • Implement post-launch retrospectives for large product launches to optimize the GTM playbook continually
  • Contextualize smaller feature updates within the broader product vision and work cross-functional teams to reinforce platform value for customers and buyers.
  • Strategize and manage in-product comms to drive awareness, adoption, early access programming.
  • Support pricing and packaging analysis and create recommendations.
  • Own creation of sales enablement assets — decks, one-pagers, product and campaign training, sales and BDR sequences, competitive intelligence.
  • Support content and demo development for conferences, events, and tradeshows. Comfortable moderating or acting as part of a panel.
  • Present to internal teams and lead internal training sessions.
  • Lead and support reviewing customer feedback and making product recommendations.
  • Support review and analysis of win/loss sales reports.
  • Help define and track KPIs related to campaign performance, product engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Draft release notes and internal product update emails as needed.

You have

  • 5 to 10 years of product marketing experience within a SaaS organization.
  • A background in the security space (physical security, cybersecurity) or a related regulated/compliance-driven industry.
  • A portfolio that highlights your previous work or projects.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and research skills.
  • Comfort collaborating across multiple teams (marketing, product, sales, customer support, and customer success).
  • Experience with both inbound (pre-launch research and strategy) and outbound (go-to-market and sales-facing) marketing.
  • Previous sales enablement experience.
  • Proven ability to use and build AI tools to support PMM function.
  • An ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

You'll get

  • An opportunity to partner and collaborate with other talented people.
  • An inclusive community where you feel welcomed and cared for as a person.
  • Help build, scale, and define a category to support a growing business.
  • The ability to make an immediate impact and take ownership of projects and tasks that drive the organization forward.
  • Exposure to all sides of the business.
  • Join an AI forward culture.
