About the Role

  • We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help shape how
  • customers discover, understand, and engage with Oracle AI Database across
  • digital channels.
  • Sitting at the intersection of product marketing and digital marketing strategy,
  • this role will translate Oracle’s AI Database strategy into compelling digital
  • experiences that move customers from awareness to consideration and action.
  • You’ll help bring complex innovations across AI, data, cloud, and database
  • technology to life in ways that are clear, differentiated, and relevant to
  • audiences including CIOs, IT leaders, data professionals, architects, DBAs, and
  • developers.
  • This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who understands great product
  • marketing but also knows how to activate it across the modern digital customer
  • journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • What You'll Do
  • Own digital product marketing strategy and execution for Oracle AI Database

across web, campaigns, content, nurture, and other digital channels.

  • Translate complex AI database capabilities into clear, differentiated value

propositions, messaging, and digital experiences.

  • Shape the end-to-end digital customer journey, ensuring customers can easily

discover, understand, evaluate, and take action on Oracle AI Database.

  • Develop high-impact digital content and experiences, including web pages,
  • campaign assets, thought leadership, customer stories, and conversion-focused
  • content.
  • Partner with product marketing teams to translate broader messaging and

go-to-market priorities into compelling digital activation.

  • Drive web strategy and optimization, using customer behavior and performance

insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.

  • Help optimize Oracle AI Database content for both traditional search and

emerging AI-driven discovery and answer experiences (LLMs).

  • Partner closely with campaign, creative, web, demand generation, analytics,

and regional teams to deliver integrated digital programs.

  • Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities, test new

approaches, and optimize programs for greater business impact.

  • Bring a strong point of view on how AI is changing digital marketing and help

evolve how we reach, engage, and educate customers.

Experience Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, content

strategy, or integrated marketing roles.

  • Experience marketing complex technology products, ideally across AI, cloud,

data, databases, infrastructure, or developer technologies.

  • Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals, including
  • positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and
  • go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience translating technical capabilities into simple,

compelling customer value.

  • Experience developing and optimizing digital experiences across web,

campaigns, content, nurture, and related channels.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data and customer

insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams
  • across product marketing, creative, web, campaigns, demand generation, and
  • analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive

presence and attention to detail.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the

stated locations only

  • US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible
  • for bonus and equity.
  • Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for
  • variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as
  • well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
  • Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as
  • well as internal peer equity.

  • annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for
  • subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees
  • working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours
  • per week are not eligible for vacation.

  2. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes
  • each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap
