About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and scale our North American events portfolio. In this role, you will own our North America event footprint, including flagship industry conferences, regional user groups, executive roundtables, custom roadshows, and partner activations. You will sit at the intersection of our marketing engine and the regional sales team, transforming brand initiatives into localized experiences that fill the sales funnel and accelerate revenue. Ideal candidates are event strategists who bring an analytical, data-driven approach alongside exceptional event design expertise.

This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. If located near an office, you are expected to work from that office 3 days per week.

  • Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, and direct mail to drive attendance to regional events.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, creative, and digital marketing teams to produce localized event messaging, content and campaign assets.
  • Partner with NA Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Sales Development teams to equip them with enablement materials and target account lists.
  • Drive post-event follow-up cadences to ensure leads are seamlessly qualified, transitioned, and tracked through the sales pipeline.
  • Establish and track KPIs for all NA event initiatives, evaluating cost-per-lead, pipeline generated, accelerated opportunities, and ROI.
  • Deliver comprehensive post-mortem analysis to leadership to inform future strategic investment and budget allocations.
  • Manage the North America event budget, vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and external agency networks.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in field marketing, event management, or demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience planning and executing complex, multi-channel field activations, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce to capture event leads and measure pipeline impact.
  • Ability to manage event production budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and track ROI performance metrics.
  • Ability to travel regionally within North America as required for event execution.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience managing event programs targeting Civil Government (CivGov) or enterprise commercial sectors.
  • Experience collaborating directly with cross-functional sales development and field sales teams on pre- and post-event lead generation.
