At Element Three, we foster growth in people and business so they can change the world. As an agency, we specialize in what we call B2B2X—manufacturers with complex distribution channels, transforming good brands into industry leaders through accountable, results-driven marketing. When you join our team, you'll work alongside tenacious professionals who excel at what they do while lifting each other up. Our Core Values aren't just words on a wall; they guide every decision and strategy we create.

Our Performance Marketing team makes our clients’ marketing measurable, from the first website visit to the lead a dealer receives. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own that work across a set of accounts. You’ll keep their CRM instances (likely HubSpot) healthy, report on what’s driving results, fix automation when it breaks, and find the next growth idea before the client asks for one. You’ll scope the work, direct the specialists who help deliver it, and be the person account teams call when something in the funnel doesn’t add up. In this role, you’ll help shape how B2B2X brands turn marketing spend into pipeline, and how our discipline packages and sells that work.

A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS

  • Build and present monthly performance reports across GA4, paid media, and CRM data, including pipeline conversion, and turn them into clear next steps.
  • Maintain HubSpot for managed services clients: lead scoring, routing workflows, forms, and integrations with dealer platforms.
  • Troubleshoot what’s breaking measurement, whether that’s cookie consent, tagging, form deliverability, or automation & labeling within the CRM.
  • Shape AEO/SEO and content strategy, from content audits and AI search visibility reports to briefs for copywriters.
  • Plan email programs, from promotional to multi-year nurture campaigns to notification systems that get leads to the right person fast.
  • Pitch and pilot new demand gen plays like CRM reactivation, website de-anonymization, and signal-based prospecting.
  • Scope new work, write project plans, and coordinate go-lives with the technical and execution resources doing the build.
  • Turn work you’ve done twice into a system: a playbook, a template, or a Claude workflow that connects to our data and tools so the next person doesn’t start from scratch.
  • Join biz dev calls and help build the sell sheets, talk tracks, and proofs of concept that turn into retainers.

THIS JOB MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

  • You’d rather find out why a number moved than just report that it did.
  • You know HubSpot well enough to fix it, not just use it.
  • You see a one-time project as the start of a longer relationship.
  • You can explain attribution to a client without losing the room.
  • You’d rather bring a client a new idea than wait to be asked.
  • You like making the people around you better at the work.

TO LAND THIS GIG YOU NEED:

  • 5–7+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, ideally at an agency.
  • Deep HubSpot experience (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hub), including lead scoring, workflows, and CRM integrations; Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong analytics and tracking skills: GA4, Tag Manager, consent management, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools like Claude (prompts, workflows, connected data, not just chat), and the instinct to document what works so others can use it.
  • Hands-on experience across paid media, SEO/AEO, and email.
  • Experience with dealer or channel sales models preferred.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 90 days: Fluent in your accounts, owning monthly reporting, and the first call on miscellaneous asks from the client or account team.
  • 6 months: Scoping and running projects on your own, with clients bringing problems straight to you.
  • 12 months: You’ve grown an account with a new service and helped close new business.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how B2B2X companies approach performance marketing, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor while building repeatable systems that drive predictable, scalable growth for our clients.
