Tomlinson Cannon is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join their team! This position reports to their Iowa City headquarters.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to support business goals
- Manage the annual marketing budget and spend
- Direct broadcast, print and digital ad campaigns
- Manage Google My Business listings and Google LSA accounts
- Coordinate website updates and SEO
- Manage social media accounts and content creation
- Plan and support home shows
- Manage online reviews
- Develop and maintain sales, marketing and promotional materials
- Manage all vendor relationships and agency activities
- Oversee call center process and lead booking
- Manage marketing and call center metrics
- Provide regular briefings to leadership and coordinate with other functions
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years experience in marketing and digital campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Valid drivers license
- Highly organized
- Strong team player
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments
- Advanced computer skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with AI advertising and optimization
- Total target compensation range of $75-90K
- Base salary of $65-80k based on experience.
- Bonus pay of $0-16k based on performance to goals ($10k target)
- 3 weeks paid time off plus paid holidays
- 401k with 4% company match
