BrightStar Care of Arlington is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Liaison – Sales & Marketing Manager to help expand our presence in the community, strengthen referral partnerships, and drive agency growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an RN who enjoys connecting with people, developing professional relationships, and making a meaningful impact on patient care.

The position is approximately 70% sales, marketing, and referral development and 30% clinical care management and insurance coordination.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can take ownership of referral development, build lasting relationships, and contribute directly to the continued growth and success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Marketing & Referral Development (70%)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, and other healthcare referral sources.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, networking activities, and community outreach.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified referrals, and expand our client base.
• Promote our skilled nursing, wound care, IV infusion, personal care, and companion care services.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase agency visibility and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Establish and maintain a consistent referral pipeline.
• Work toward measurable referral development, client acquisition, and business growth goals.

Clinical Care Management & Insurance Coordination (30%)

• Perform RN assessments, Start of Care (SOC) visits, reassessments, and skilled nursing visits as needed.
• Assist with developing care plans and coordinating services with physicians, families, caregivers, and the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate insurance eligibility and benefits verification, including deductibles, copays, and coverage.
• Assist with obtaining and tracking prior authorizations for nursing, therapy, and other services.
• Review CPT/HCPCS codes, authorized visits, service units, and authorization expiration dates.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives, case managers, and billing teams to resolve coverage and authorization issues.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Texas RN license or valid multistate compact license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical nursing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and CPT/HCPCS codes.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward measurable sales and business development goals.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred

• Experience in home health, home care, healthcare marketing, or business development.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Liaison, Community Liaison, or Healthcare Sales Representative.
• Existing professional relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, or case managers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Experience developing referral networks and meeting business growth objectives.
