Your cases should not be delayed because records are sitting in a fax queue, waiting on provider follow-ups, or stuck in outdated administrative processes. Records On Time was built by a practicing personal injury attorney for law firms that need speed, reliability, and complete visibility into the medical record retrieval process. We know firsthand how frustrating delays can be because our founder, Rob Levine, runs his own personal injury law firm using the exact same retrieval platform we provide to firms across the country. Every workflow, integration, and process has been tested under real caseload pressure inside an active law practice, not built in theory. Our mission is simple: remove the administrative burden from your legal team so they can focus on higher-value work that drives stronger outcomes for clients. Instead of spending hours calling providers, faxing authorizations, tracking requests, and logging into multiple portals, your staff can stay focused on case strategy, medical management, negotiation, and client communication while we handle the retrieval process from start to finish. Records On Time retrieves more than 11,000 records every month with a 99% completion rate. Our average turnaround time is approximately 21 days, already faster than many traditional retrieval methods, but our Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities take speed to another level. Through connections to more than 400,000 EHR-enabled providers and healthcare systems, we can retrieve records in as little as the same day once client authorization is provided. That means faster demand packages, quicker negotiations, accelerated settlements, and improved case flow for your entire firm. The financial impact is just as significant. Internal medical record retrieval is far more expensive than most firms realize. Between wages, benefits, follow-up calls, tracking requests, and admini
