As a Manager-level UX/UI Designer within Marketing Technology & Enablement, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling Schwab’s digital design system to drive consistent, intuitive, and high-quality client experiences across web, email, and mobile channels. In this role, you will lead the evolution and governance of design patterns, components, and foundational elements that enable teams to deliver accessible, scalable, and cohesive experiences efficiently.

By leveraging user research, data insights, and emerging technologies, you will continuously refine the system to meet evolving business and user needs.

Collaboration is central to success in this role. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including UX research, engineering, brand, and marketing to ensure alignment between design, development, and business outcomes.
