Work you’ll do

As a Product Designer and Researcher on the US Deloitte Technology Product Engineering team, you will:

  • Partner with product managers, engineers, program managers, and designers to define problems, prioritize user needs, and iterate on solutions throughout the product lifecycle
  • Measure the effect of design decisions using usability findings and behavioral data, and use those results to refine the experience

  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear research questions and design directions
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting findings and recommendations to product and engineering leaders
  • Ability to influence product decisions through evidence and storytelling
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams and prioritize multiple efforts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to other designers and researchers
  • Bonus: experience with AI-powered products
