Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the Role

Join a growing AI company as a Forward Deployed Product Manager, owning the customer lifecycle for AI voice agents from deployment through expansion. You will connect customer needs with product development and help establish how this function operates as the team scales.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer relationships end to end, learning their business needs and scoping, deploying, and optimizing AI voice agents.
• Identify opportunities to expand deployments into additional use cases.
• Discuss agent value and return on investment with customer decision-makers, using data to demonstrate business impact.
• Investigate agent behavior, debug specific calls, customize conversation flows, and address compliance requirements.
• Translate customer feedback and unmet needs into product capabilities in partnership with the product team.
• Develop playbooks and operating standards for the forward deployed product function.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including direct customer-facing work, ideally at a startup.
• Experience in customer meetings and relationship ownership, paired with a product, computer science, or data science background or strong product intuition.
• Technical product depth, including the ability to understand product concepts and perform basic debugging.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, taking end-to-end ownership, and building in a fast-moving environment.
• Good data intuition and the ability to analyze metrics, explain ROI, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor and ChatGPT; experience with Cursor, Claude Code, and SQL is relevant.
• B2B SaaS or regulated-industry experience, such as financial services, lending, mortgage, or healthcare, is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
