We help value-based organizations succeed in dementia care by enabling the most untapped asset in healthcare: the family caregiver. As a CMS GUIDE participant, Ceresti delivers a turnkey, tech-enabled solution that empowers caregivers to manage dementia in the home, improve outcomes, and reduce cost of care—without adding burden to providers. Ceresti handles everything: identifying eligible patients, enrolling and activating caregivers, delivering personalized support and education, and managing CMS billing—so our partners can focus on what they do best. Unlike others, we don’t require clinical lift or home visits. We enable caregivers to do more of what works—keeping loved ones healthier and at home longer. We have developed a scalable technology-enabled family caregiver empowerment program that leverages family caregivers to optimize and supplement payer/provider care management teams in managing one of the most expensive, rapidly growing and difficult to manage populations.

Position Overview

Join our team as Product Manager, Content and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the educational content that sits at the heart of Ceresti’s dementia management program. This role leads the optimization of existing content, the development of new content, and the decisions around how deliver effective, highly-personalized content to caregivers.

This is a player-coach role. You will manage and grow the content development team while staying hands-on as an individual contributor — owning the roadmap, writing the requirements, and shipping the work yourself. You will partner closely with clinical, operations, coaching, engineering, design, and enrollment teams to ensure content is personalized, accessible, mobile-native, and easy to find at the moment a caregiver needs it. This is a role suited for a product manager who is energized by content strategy, data-informed iteration, and building both a team and a production system that scale.

About Us & What We Do

Ceresti is on a mission to reduce avoidable hospitalizations and improve care for people living with dementia while improving the lives of their families and caregivers. We envision a world in which family caregivers of people living with dementia are supported and have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to provide the best possible care for their loved ones.

Ceresti is a tech-enabled dementia care provider with a differentiated model of care that improves outcomes and delivers guaranteed cost savings by including family caregivers in the care team. We offer health plans and accountable care organizations a turnkey solution for impacting a population that has limited engagement in traditional clinical programs.

Our culture is rooted in agility, innovation, and collaboration. We believe that every idea—no matter how small—can spark a meaningful improvement. Together, we create solutions that make a lasting impact on the healthcare ecosystem, enabling more compassionate and cost-effective care for those who need it most.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ceresti’s caregiver-facing content.
  • Decide what gets created, refreshed, licensed, or retired based on caregiver needs, engagement data, clinical priorities, and business goals.
  • Translate company goals around caregiver outcomes, engagement, and clinical quality into a prioritized, sequenced content roadmap.
  • Balance near-term execution against the foundational investments that make content faster, cheaper, and better to produce over time.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and grow the content development team — setting clear goals, priorities, and standards for quality.
  • Operate as a player-coach: lead the team while staying hands-on as an individual contributor on the highest-leverage work.
  • Build the production process, toolkit, and templates that let the team produce more, faster, without sacrificing quality.
  • Define what highly effective content looks like across all formats, and continuously raise the bar.

Optimizing Existing Content

  • Audit and continuously improve the existing content library based on engagement, completion, and caregiver feedback.
  • Solidify the content foundation: taxonomy, metadata, standards, and a single source of truth for what exists and how it performs.
  • Improve content discoverability so caregivers find what they need at the moment they need it.
  • Ensure content renders correctly and feels native across iOS, Android, smartphones, tablets, and web applications, and meets accessibility standards.

New Content Development & Licensing

  • Lead development of new content programs.
  • Identify where licensing third-party content is faster or better than building it, and own sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation through integration.
  • Partner with clinical and coaching teams to ensure every piece of content is accurate, evidence-based, and usable in the real world.
  • Package content into customizable programs that flex to different caregiver journeys, diagnoses, stages, and preferences.

Measurement, Feedback & Experimentation

  • Define, track, and own content engagement, completion, and caregiver outcome metrics.
  • Build the feedback loops and discovery process that surface what caregivers actually need from content.
  • Run experiments on format, sequencing, delivery, and personalization — and scale what works.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to turn content performance into clear product decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Collaborate deeply with clinical, coaching, operations, engineering, design, and enrollment teams so content aligns with real-world caregiver needs.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery by engineering and content teams.
  • Use modern AI tools to accelerate content discovery, drafting, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration while holding a high bar for accuracy and quality.
  • Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock the team, clarify decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous.
  • Communicate plans, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

Education

• BS/BA degree or higher.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, ideally owning content-driven, educational products, programs, or experiences.
  • Experience managing and developing people; comfortable operating as a player-coach who both leads a team and ships work personally.
  • Experience overseeing content production end to end — strategy, development, clinical review, and publication.
  • Experience building content-driven products, content management systems, or personalization systems.
  • Experience sourcing, evaluating, or licensing third-party content is a strong plus.
  • Experience shipping mobile experiences across iOS and Android, including phones and tablets.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content is a plus.
  • Strong track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience translating user needs and business goals into shipped product features and user experiences.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required.
  • Experience in healthcare or caregiving is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong product judgment with a user-centered mindset.
  • Strong content sensibility. Ability to recognize what makes content engaging, useful, and trustworthy for caregivers.
  • Strong people leadership skills; able to set direction, give direct feedback, and raise the bar on a team.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using engagement data to decide what to build, fix, or retire.
  • Strong judgment around applying AI responsibly in emotionally sensitive user experiences.
  • Ability to design intuitive experiences for complex or emotionally sensitive user journeys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative with strong project management skills; able to build trust across functions and with external partners.
  • Organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused.
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new domains.
  • High integrity, transparency, and ownership mindset.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
