Quorum is seeking a Product Manager to own our Legislative products, covering federal, state, local, and international, for the Government Affairs market. You’ll bring Quorum’s AI strategy into the Legislative products GA professionals rely on every day, and turn it into a roadmap, shipped product, and real adoption.
You’ll own a focused set of Legislative products. You’ve shipped software, you’ve worked on AI-powered features, and you know the GA world from the inside, whether that’s on the Hill, on a campaign, at an association, or in a corporate government affairs shop. You’ll work closely with the team that leads AI strategy across the platform, and you’ll help grow the business by spotting where our products can win next and building the case to pursue it.
The role is based in Washington, DC, and it’s market-facing. You’ll meet customers in person, take part in discovery and sales conversations, and work closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Marketing, and Enablement to bring new capabilities to market and grow the business.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap and delivery for Quorum’s legislative products across federal, state, local, and international government.
- Bring Quorum’s AI strategy into the legislative market. Partner with the AI team to turn it into capabilities GA professionals adopt, and own those capabilities from build through launch and customer impact.
- Replace manual legislative workflows with AI-driven ones, so customers spend less time tracking and more time acting.
- Build the legislative data and insights that set Quorum apart, from where organizations stand on bills to what’s trending across issues and states.
- Shape how customers stay informed on what’s changing in government and what it means for their work.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives across Sales, Account Management, Customer Marketing, and Enablement.
- Spend regular time with customers and use what you learn to drive roadmap decisions.
- Partner with engineering and design from discovery through delivery, making clear decisions and keeping work moving.
About You
Must have
- 2 to 4 years of product management or closely related experience shipping software, such as product, program, or technical roles, with a solid understanding of how to partner with engineering and design.
- Firsthand knowledge of how GA professionals work, from Government Affairs, politics, Capitol Hill, a campaign, or a related policy setting. Ideally you’ve used legislative tracking or GA software yourself.
- A track record of taking on ambiguous, high-stakes work and seeing it through, with sharp judgment, clear communication, and the credibility to work with senior stakeholders and customers.
- Hands-on experience building with AI, working with engineers on prompts, evaluation, and quality tradeoffs to get AI features into customers’ hands.
Strongly preferred
- Experience building software or tools for GA or GA-adjacent organizations, such as legislative tracking, advocacy, policy, public affairs, or civic tech.
- Comfort presenting to customers and supporting sales conversations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the modern PM toolkit: product analytics (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel), customer and call insights (Gong, Zendesk, Salesforce), and roadmap and delivery tools (Jira, Productboard, Confluence).
- Comfort working directly with data (SQL, PowerBI) to answer product questions without waiting on an analyst.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: 401(k), trans-inclusive healthcare, 12-weeks paid maternity/paternity/adoption/fostering leave, unlimited PTO, and more.
Why You’ll Love Working at Quorum
- You’ll shape how thousands of government affairs professionals use AI in the products they rely on every day.
- You’ll spend real time with customers, in person in DC and on the Hill, and see your work land with the people who use it.
- You’ll own a product area end to end, with real room to shape where it goes next, working closely with the team that leads AI strategy across the platform.
- You’ll work with a mission-driven, supportive team that values impact, clarity, and personal growth.
Excited? Apply Today!
If you’re a product manager who has built with AI, knows the Government Affairs world, and wants to be in the room with customers in DC, we’d love to hear from you.
