Who you are
- You’ve shipped product that people depend on every day, ideally in media & entertainment, creative tools, or technical infrastructure
- You are extremely AI fluent. You’ve built and shipped AI-powered features or applications, you understand what LLMs and media models can and can’t do today, and you have strong opinions about where they’re headed
- You use AI tools as a core part of how you work every day, and you expect the people around you to do the same
- You take pragmatic approaches to product: small bets, fast feedback, and the discipline to kill what isn’t working
- You write clearly and often. Your specs, briefs, and customer notes are the ones people actually read
- You’ve worked closely with XP or lean engineering teams and like being in the room, not handing things over a wall
- You’ve talked to hundreds of customers and know how to turn what they say into what they need
- You want to help shape the company, culture, AND product. You don’t want “just another job”
Your day-to-day
- Leading our day to day AI product direction - constantly iterating on our product and helping our engineering team ship additional value weekly.
- Spending real time with post-production teams, studios, and creative agencies daily to understand how we need to improve
- Pairing with engineers on discovery, scoping, and iteration, in the room while things get built
- Prototyping ideas yourself with AI tools to test them with customers before a line of production code is written
- Translating customer problems into crisp, prioritized problem statements the team can run with
- Partnering with sales, marketing, and support to make sure what we ship lands and what we learn comes back
- Defining and tracking the metrics that provide signals as to how we are doing and where we go next
- Teaching, learning from, and collaborating with teammates
