About the Role

Elastic is a leading global B2B eCommerce solution, serving the unique business needs of world-class manufacturers and retailers around the world. We’re seeking an AI-forward Product Manager who is curious about customer problems, takes ownership, and uses data and technology to make better product decisions.

Reporting to our Director of Product, you’ll own defined features and product initiatives from discovery through delivery. You’ll translate customer needs and business priorities into clear requirements, use data and feedback to inform decisions, and proactively drive work forward with accountability for quality and outcomes.

AI is a core part of how we work. We’re looking for someone who uses AI tools to accelerate research, explore solutions, improve product requirements, and raise the quality of their work while applying sound judgment about where AI adds value.

Responsibilities

  • Own assigned features and product initiatives from problem discovery through development, release, and evaluation, ensuring work stays aligned with product priorities and delivers intended value.
  • Meet with customers and users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and inform product decisions.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, stakeholder input, and product usage data to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and make informed recommendations.
  • Translate customer needs and business priorities into clear, actionable JIRA epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
  • Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and QA to shape user experiences, refine solutions, resolve ambiguity, and deliver high-quality features.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog for your area, proactively addressing blockers, communicating trade-offs, and following through on commitments.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that help shape the vision and roadmap for your product area, in alignment with the Director of Product.
  • Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, ideation, documentation, and day-to-day product execution.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive work independently without constant direction.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data, customer feedback, and business context to inform decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment when balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and customer needs in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a practical understanding of how to use them effectively and responsibly.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex problems into actionable requirements.
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Education & Experience

  • Experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role, ideally in B2B, eCommerce, SaaS, or software.
  • Experience translating customer or stakeholder feedback into product requirements and working closely with Design and Engineering.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Agile development practices, user stories, and product documentation.
  • Exposure to product analytics, user research, or data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research, problem-solving, or the quality of work.
  • Working knowledge of wholesale selling processes or B2B commerce is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Compensation: $110,000 to $125,000

Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.

We offer a competitive benefits package designed to strengthen our employees’ physical and mental health, including unlimited vacation for exempt employees, flexible working locations, 401(k) plan with a company match, medical/dental/vision coverage with inclusive provisions including transgender services and fertility benefits, parental and caregiver leave, dependent, commuter and FSA benefits, professional development programs like Toastmasters, and mental wellness tools.

If you need accommodation in our application process or have questions about our posted salary range, please email our Talent Acquisition team at Careers@Forge.com.
