Qualifying RNs and LPNs may be eligible for financial assistance through the federal CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes program, including: Up to $40,000 in student loan repayment assistance An additional cost-of-living stipend (approximately $10,000, adjusted by location) Quarterly benefit payments over a three-year employment commitment Eligibility requirements apply, including restrictions for nurses who have recently worked in nursing homes.
