- Pay-per-visit model: $45–$51 per visit + Medicare differential pay

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
