We are seeking an experienced, highly adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our micro hospital team. This unique role is ideal for a nurse with a broad clinical background in Freestanding Emergency Room (FSER), Urgent Care, and Medical-Surgical nursing who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

As a micro hospital nurse, you will provide care across both the Emergency Department and Med-Surg units, requiring strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to seamlessly transition between acute and inpatient care settings. Our nurses wear multiple hats and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care throughout the patient journey.

Experience with detoxification and substance withdrawal management is strongly preferred, including monitoring patients for withdrawal symptoms, implementing treatment protocols, and collaborating with providers to ensure safe and effective care.

Key Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Experience in Emergency Department, Freestanding ER, Urgent Care, and/or Medical-Surgical nursing.

Strong critical thinking, triage, and patient assessment skills.

Ability to care for patients across multiple service lines and acuity levels.

Experience with detoxification, withdrawal management, and behavioral health patient populations preferred.

Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment where flexibility and collaboration are essential.
